OUR STORY
Let’s be honest. We all have a pretty messed up relationship with food. And who can blame us when we’re constantly being told what to eat and what not to eat and that to find true happiness we need only follow the latest fad diet. It’s maddening.
During my eating disorder, pasta became the enemy. My favorite food quickly became a source of fear and anxiety, with every meal a battle.
I started Pasta Project not only as a celebration of pasta - along with the culture and emotion that surround it, but as a reminder that life’s just too short to not eat what you love.
